Description
Delicious s’mores cupcakes topped with toasted marshmallow.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate frosting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat butter and eggs until creamy.
- Add milk and vanilla to the butter mixture and combine.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs.
- Fill cupcake liners about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cupcakes cool completely.
- Frost with chocolate frosting.
- Top with additional mini marshmallows and toast with a kitchen torch.
