Description

Delicious s’mores cupcakes topped with toasted marshmallow.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat butter and eggs until creamy.
  4. Add milk and vanilla to the butter mixture and combine.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Fill cupcake liners about 2/3 full with batter.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cupcakes cool completely.
  10. Frost with chocolate frosting.
  11. Top with additional mini marshmallows and toast with a kitchen torch.
