Ingredients

  • Additional powdered sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar together.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until combined.
  5. Stir in chopped nuts.
  6. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the bottoms are lightly golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  9. While still warm, roll cookies in powdered sugar.
  10. Let cool completely and roll in powdered sugar again before serving.
