Ingredients

- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 2 boiled eggs, sliced
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions
- Wash the spinach thoroughly and dry it.
- Place the spinach in a large bowl.
- Add sliced boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
