Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add crushed graham crackers and strawberry puree; mix well.
  3. Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
  4. Form small balls from the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave.
  6. Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  7. Chill for another 30 minutes until set.
