Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add crushed graham crackers and strawberry puree; mix well.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Form small balls from the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
- Melt white chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave.
- Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Chill for another 30 minutes until set.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
- Store truffles in the refrigerator.
- These truffles can also be rolled in crushed nuts or coconut for extra texture.
