Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, and melted butter.
  3. Press half of the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  4. In another bowl, mix strawberries and honey.
  5. Spread the strawberry mixture over the oat layer.
  6. Top with the remaining oat mixture.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before cutting into bars.
