Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, and melted butter.
- Press half of the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, mix strawberries and honey.
- Spread the strawberry mixture over the oat layer.
- Top with the remaining oat mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Substitute strawberries with other fruits if desired.
