- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, flour, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Cover with another pie crust or lattice, and seal the edges.
- Cut slits in the top crust for steam to escape.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 35-40 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.

- Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of the strawberries.
