- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix strawberries and 1/4 cup sugar. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine all-purpose flour, almond flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in milk and vanilla until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Assemble by layering biscuits, strawberries, and whipped cream.
