Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix strawberries and 1/4 cup sugar. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine all-purpose flour, almond flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  5. Stir in milk and vanilla until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Whip cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  9. Assemble by layering biscuits, strawberries, and whipped cream.
