Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup spinach (optional)
- Ice cubes (to taste)
Instructions
- Add almond milk to a blender.
- Include frozen banana and vanilla extract.
- Add chia seeds and spinach if using.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again to your desired thickness.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
- Adjust thickness by adding more or less almond milk.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
