Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup spinach (optional)
  • Ice cubes (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add almond milk to a blender.
  2. Include frozen banana and vanilla extract.
  3. Add chia seeds and spinach if using.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Add ice cubes and blend again to your desired thickness.
