- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and instant coffee.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
- Fill cupcake liners with batter and bake for 20 minutes.
- Let cupcakes cool completely.
- In a bowl, whip mascarpone and heavy cream until smooth.
- Frost cooled cupcakes with mascarpone mixture.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

- Use strong coffee for better flavor.
- You can add coffee liqueur for an adult version.
