Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in toffee bits.
  7. Pour batter into cupcake liners.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cupcakes cool completely.
  10. Frost with buttercream and sprinkle additional toffee bits on top.
