Delicious toffee crunch cupcakes topped with a rich buttercream frosting.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup toffee bits
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, milk, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in toffee bits.
- Pour batter into cupcake liners.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cupcakes cool completely.
- Frost with buttercream and sprinkle additional toffee bits on top.
