A refreshing drink that helps detox your body using turmeric.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water in a pot.
- Add turmeric powder and black pepper to the boiling water.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Strain the mixture into a glass.
- Add honey and lemon juice. Stir well.
- Serve warm or cold.

- Use fresh turmeric for better flavor.
- Adjust honey to taste.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
