A refreshing drink that helps detox your body using turmeric.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a pot.
  2. Add turmeric powder and black pepper to the boiling water.
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  5. Strain the mixture into a glass.
  6. Add honey and lemon juice. Stir well.
  7. Serve warm or cold.
