- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats, shredded coconut, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- These cookies can be frozen for later use.
