Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, shredded coconut, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
