Description

Deliciously sweet white chocolate cranberry fudge.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
  3. Stir continuously until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract, cranberries, and nuts.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Spread evenly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Once set, cut into squares and serve.

  • Substitute cranberries with other dried fruits if desired.
