- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
- Drop dough by tablespoons onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- You can substitute dark chocolate chips if desired.
- For chewier cookies, underbake slightly.
