Ingredients

- š« White Chocolate: 12 oz (chopped or chips)
- š Fresh Raspberries: 1 cup (mashed)
- šŖ Graham Cracker Crumbs: 1 cup
- š¬ Powdered Sugar: 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Prepare the graham cracker crumbs by breaking up any clumps in a bowl.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar using an electric mixer until smooth.
- Gently fold in the mashed raspberries into the cream cheese mixture.
- Chill the mixture for about an hour, then form it into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in short intervals.
- Dip each cheesecake ball into the melted white chocolate and place them back on the parchment paper to set.
- Chill again until the chocolate is firm, then serve and enjoy!
