Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the grated zucchini with butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Drain excess moisture from zucchini before using.
  • Store cookies in an airtight container.
  • For more chocolate flavor, add an extra 1/4 cup of chocolate chips.
